Frank Ferraro concentrates his practice in several areas of real estate development with a specialty in all aspects of telecommunications law and network deployment, including zoning and permitting, leasing, public bidding, title review and right-to-build audits.  Mr. Ferraro represents several national wireless telecommunication companies, and has obtained over 300 zoning approvals in over 150 municipalities for the wireless industry in both New Jersey and New York.

Mr. Ferraro is former Counsel to the Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern New Jersey.  Before founding the Firm, he was In-House Counsel to an acclaimed national homebuilder in New Jersey and he regularly acts as local counsel for real estate development firms and builders acquiring property in New Jersey, assisting in contract drafting, site evaluation, due diligence and zoning/permitting.

Mr. Ferraro also represents individual clients in the areas of estate planning, will contests, personal injury, municipal court matters, variances/subdivisions, landlord/tenant disputes and general litigation.

Mr. Ferraro is a graduate of LaSalle University and received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey.  He received an award for distinguished academic achievement and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Anthony Sciuto, Superior Court Judge, Law Division – Bergen County.  Mr. Ferraro is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and is a member of the New Jersey and Bergen County Bar Associations.
