Constantine “Dean” Stamos is a partner with the firm and his practice is concentrated in real estate development, real estate transactional matters, general corporate matters and general civil litigation.  Mr. Stamos has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of telecommunications law, with a particular emphasis on obtaining zoning and permitting approvals for federally licensed wireless communications companies.  Mr. Stamos has also successfully handled litigation matters at the trial court and appellate court levels relating to the denial of land use applications.  He has also served as a lecturer on a real estate related continuing legal education seminar.

Mr. Stamos also represents individual clients in areas of corporate formation, business planning, municipal court matters, variances and subdivision approvals, sales of small businesses, business disputes and other general practice matters. 

Mr. Stamos is a graduate of Rutgers University and received his law degree from New York Law School in 1997.  He served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Peter J. Boggia, Superior Court Judge, Law Division – Bergen County.  Mr. Stamos is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and is a member of the New Jersey and Bergen County Bar Associations.
